This entry is dedicated to my baby — The Internet.

O the Internet!
How I adore thee.
Should you only bestow upon mine humble, unworthy life
The bountiful gift of free porn
It would have been enough
And I would have been thankful.

But Alas, O the Internet!
Your requited love strengthens
As you allow me to finish traffic school
In only twenty minutes of the day.
Your wondrous gifts have made me happy

O the Internet,
You are surely are a mechanical Hanging Gardens of Babylon;
A technological marvel of the modern world.

O the Internet,
How I love you.

My computer is in the shop.

On a completely unrelated note, the following is part of a conversation. There are no typos, and don't just write it off to context, because... well, what context could make this appropriate, civilized conversation? And please excuse the banality of my remark; I know you've heard it a thousand times in a thousand movies, but I've never heard the conversation end up like this:

Josh Gladstone: girls
Josh Gladstone: who needs 'em
Matt Kang: seriously, butt love is all i need

Orpheo ed Euridice was okay. It lacked the "oomf" of the version I listen to. The conductor was weak. And what is with the LA Opera and these modernist, german set designers? Wow, it looks like a box... Cool, it's all white. Oooh, it's two trees. Nice, they're wearing suits... Oy. Give me a break. I wanna see hell here people! Not a black frame that comes down from the roof. The fire was good, but I couldnt see it from the balcony. And the chorus was weak too. This is baroque, people. Where's the ornateness?! Whatever, Gluck still rules. And Euridice is a very beautiful name. If I have a daughter, I will definitely consider it as a name... assuming my wife likes it. Wow, no wife - not even a girlfriend - and I'm whipped. So sad, so sad...

Okay, funny spam for the day. So, I get an email with this picture in it:

Okay, despite the humorous sexual discrimination, it's not all that funny, but just read what was included below:

Whitman:

Souls of men and women! it is not you I call unseen, unheard, untouchable and untouching;
It is not you I go argue pro and con about, and to settle whether you are
        alive or no;
I own publicly who you are, if nobody else owns.

Grown, half-grown, and babe, of this country and every country, indoors and
outdoors, one just as much as the other, I see,
And all else behind or through them.

The wife--and she is not one jot less than the husband;
The daughter--and she is just as good as the son;
The mother--and she is every bit as much as the father.

Offspring of ignorant and poor, boys apprenticed to trades,
Young fellows working on farms, and old fellows working on farms,
Sailor-men, merchant-men, coasters, immigrants,
All these I see--but nigher and farther the same I see;
None shall escape me, and none shall wish to escape me.
I bring what you much need, yet always have,
Not money, amours, dress, eating, but as good;
I send no agent or medium, offer no representative of value, but offer the
        value itself.

There is something that comes home to one now and perpetually;
It is not what is printed, preached, discussed--it eludes discussion and
        print;
It is not to be put in a book--it is not in this book;
It is for you, whoever you are--it is no farther from you than your hearing
        and sight are from you;
It is hinted by nearest, commonest, readiest--it is ever provoked by them.

You may read in many languages, yet read nothing about it;
You may read the President's Message, and read nothing about it there;
! Nothing in the reports from the State department or Treasury dep

Today commemorates a grand beginning; for, it was Nineteen years ago on this very day of December the Eleventh, that a doctor gave Matthew Kang his first spanking...

...he has enjoyed them ever since...

Happy Birthday, Matty.
